• What time is check-in?
  Check-in is any time after 15:00. 

• What time is check-out?
  Check-out is any time before 12:00. 

• Is early check-in available?

Before 11:00 – 100% charge (Available rate of the day of arrival)

11:00 – 14:00 – 50% charge (Available rate of the day of arrival)

After 14:00 – Complimentary on request 

• Is late check-out available?

Up to 3 hours from original check-out time: 25% charge of room rate 

Up to 6 hours from original check-out time: 50% charge of room rate 

More than 6 hours from original check-out time: 100% charge of room rate 

• Does Pullman Tokyo Tamachi offer any transportation services? 

We are able to arrange a hire car, a taxi for arrival and departure and a Tokyo Water Taxi from Haneda Airport to Tamachi Bosai Pier (1min walk from Hotel).  

We are also able to arrange a Private Cruise. 

Please book at least 10 days prior to arrival for Water Taxi services.  

• Are room rate including tax and service charge? 

Room charges include 10% of government tax and 15% of service charge. 

• How much is accommodation tax for my reservation?

Tax is calculated based on the room charge. 

Over JPY10,000 to under JPY15,000: JPY100 per night per person

Over JPY15,000: JPY200 per night per person

• What is the maximum number of guests allowed in my room or suite? 

Superior and Deluxe room: 2 adults and 1 child  

Suite rooms: 3 adults and 1 child 

• Is it possible to request an extra bed? 

Extra beds are applicable only in Suite rooms with an extra charge.

Yes, we offer Accessibility rooms for guests who need special assistance. Please contact us for more details. 

• Does Pullman Tokyo Tamachi have rental bicycle services? 

Docomo rental bicycle service is available in front of  hotel main entrance on 1F. 

• Is Pullman Tokyo Tamachi a smoke-free hotel?
  Yes. Guests who smoke are welcome to use the designated smoking areas located on 1F and 9F. 

• Is there an extra charge for children?

No. Children under 12 years old sharing the same bed(s) with parents are free of charge.  

Please inform reception if you have children in your room upon check-in. 

• How much is the breakfast for children? 

1st child under 12 years old: Free of charge 

2nd child: under 6 years old Free of charge 

             : over 6 years old and under 12 years old: JPY2,000 per person

Yes. YouTube, Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, Japan Guide TV are available on Room TV.
