On December 24th (Tuesday) and 25th (Wednesday), 2024, we invite you to indulge in a special Christmas dinner course featuring six exquisite dishes that celebrate the bounties of land and sea.

Chef Fukuda, known as the Lamb Ambassador of Victoria, Australia, will present succulent lamb chops, elegantly modernized lobster thermidor draped in a white sauce, and the chef’s pride: a classic beef Wellington slow-cooked for three days. This “triple symphony” of lobster, beef, and lamb promises an unforgettable dining experience.
