Chef Fukuda, known as the Lamb Ambassador of Victoria, Australia, will present succulent lamb chops, elegantly modernized lobster thermidor draped in a white sauce, and the chef’s pride: a classic beef Wellington slow-cooked for three days. This “triple symphony” of lobster, beef, and lamb promises an unforgettable dining experience.
