In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8th, we will be serving up a limited-time lunch and dinner course in collaboration with the decorated and highly talented Chef Yukari Miyajima of the Michelin-starred Amarantos restaurant.
Alongside Pullman Tokyo Tamachi head chef Koji Fukuda, Chef Miyajima will present the “Mimosa Course”: a stunning line-up of vibrant seasonal dishes that convey Miyajima’s unique sensibilities and the fruits of a honed craft and successful career.
This special collaboration aims to show a much-warranted appreciation for all the skilled, dedicated women working in this and various other competitive, mostly male-dominated industries, while offering up some truly exceptional cuisine.
