Collaboration with Women’s chef Yukari Miyajima from Michelin starred restaurant Amarantos

 

As part of our celebrations for Internation Women’s Day on March 8th, we will be welcoming Chef de Cuisine Yukari Miyajima from the Michelin-starred Amarantos for a special, limited-time spring menu.

The revered Chef Miyajima, boasting a fruitful pâtissier background, will work alongside Pullman Tokyo Tamachi head chef Koji Fukuda on creating and beautifully presenting an exquisite lineup of colorful, seasonal dishes, each carefully designed according to their combined experience and artistic expertise.

Come along and delight in a stunningly vibrant dinner course that encapsulates the essence of springtime and our sincere appreciation of hardworking women everywhere.
